I just finished reading „Meant to be“ by Lauren Morrill. So this will be my review.
Julia is dreaming of finding true love. And she already knows who it is: Mark. But a school trip to London changes everything. On a party she meets a mysterious british boy who is constantly writing her messages after the certain evening. And then there is Jason. Julia hates him but during the trip he is her partner. Will that change their relationship? Julia finds herself in situations she never expected.
I really, really loved this book. Julia is such a likable character. Her trip to London is both: romantic and exciting. Lauren Morrill has a great style of writing. I will definitely read her second work: „Beeing Sloane Jacobs“. „Meant to be“ is perfect for everyone who enjoys reading David Levithan, Sarah Dessen, Simone Elkeles or Jennifer E Smith. I also have to say that I love the german cover and the title. All in all… I had some wonderful hours with this cute story.
